There's a lot going on in Plymouth Libraries so here we are on Flickr, showing the world what's happening and what we have to offer. You'll find photos of our libraries (including some of the ones we've demolished...), our events and some of our special treasures.

You're also able to trace the globetrotting of a certain little blue bear - Bookstart Bear. He's been around the world a bit now, acting as an ambassador for Plymouth Libraries, from San Francisco to Beijing.

We are proud to be the first public library* in the UK to have had a presence on Flickr. We are also delighted to have made Flickr friends of other Plymouth libraries around the world.
