This is the second photo from my photostream selected for publication. "La Rogativa" appeared in the February - March 2011 issue of ¡Qué Pasa! Magazine.

¡Qué Pasa! Magazine is the official tourism guide of the Tourism Company of Puerto Rico. It is produced by Casiano Communications Inc., the most experienced local magazine publishing company in Puerto Rico.

¡Que Pasa! serves travel agencies, wholesalers and interested visitors from all over the world that want to know more about the “Capital of the Caribbean” Puerto Rico. It also is used extensively by locals on our island. It is published every two months thereby keeping all the information current.

In it you will find full information on accommodations, restaurants, shopping centers, casinos, transportation services, special events and fiestas. And of course, it has all the information you need for sightseeing in historic Old San Juan – the oldest city in the United States; the 500 year old Spanish fortresses, the only ones in the U.S., El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. Forest system and many other attractions.

"Old San Juan Sunset"

Another photo made it into print and featured in Que Pasa Magazine. This was an extraordinary day because I was teaching my daughter the basics of photography. Before long, she began taking photo shots of anything that caught her eye. At the end of the day, I decided to look at her shots and to my surprise - this came out! Guess it goes to show that I could always learn something - even from the young ones.

Also, I would like to thank Ronald Flores and Que Pasa Magazine for giving my family and I the honor to show the beautiful side of Puerto Rico and its richness.
