I am Chef Solus, from Nourish Interactive- the fun nutrition education website! I'm an 'animated' character who teaches kids and families about eating healthy foods, nutrition and the importance of daily exercise with our interactive games, puzzles, healthy living tools, healthy goal trackers, our monthly nutrition e-newsletter "Nourish Kids" and more!
Sign up for a free website membership to start playing the multi-level learning adventure game "Chef Solus and the Food Pyramid Adventure".
Our free educational games for kids are designed for elementary school children who are in kindergarten through fifth grade. Research has shown that children form habits early. The fast food companies and high fat, high sugar food companies are not wasting any time marketing to your children. Let’s work together to build the next generation of nutrition minded children.

Our healthy nutrition website is an engaging learning platform with information, interactive tools and sections especially designed for parents, children and educators. Nourish Interactive is founded by Margaret LeBarbera, a mother and registered nurse to teach children and families about nutrition and for childhood obesity interventions.
The website and Chef Solus' games are based on the USDA Food Pyramid. The website is designed to be fun and educational- so the whole family can work as team to eat healthier foods and increase daily healthy activity!
