If you would like to use a picture and need it w/o the above mentioned license don't hesitate to ask and tell me as much details as you have to describe the project within the picture is going to be used.
Reasonable explenation will receive no exclusive right, but a commercial use can be approved if you are honest.

If you don't follow the license and play by the rules i will apply real-world rules: you will get sued by my lawyer with no exception, no grace as you broke the rules.
You deserve to be destroyed by every means.
