I'm a mommy first and foremost. I love my daughter so much, she lights up all my days! I have a wonderful husband, David, who is 100% supportive of what me and my choices. He's amazing! I'm a Certified Medical Assistant. I'm hoping to continue my education and become an RN. Maybe someday I'll also have my own photography business.
Photography is my first love, well, now my third, LOL. I love to create with my camera, it's an escape from all the chaos of life. It puts me in my happy place. I'm currently working on my 365 project. I chose to do self portraits which is proving to be difficult. I only say this because it's hard to come up with different portraits everyday so that they don't all end up looking the same. It's been an awesome experience though, it's forced me to think outside the box and look at everyday things in a different way. I tend to stick a lot of things to my face, I color, I paint...nothing is out of bounds, lol.
I try to be on Flickr as much as I can, but at the moment we only have 5g a month bandwidth and that doesn't go very far between two people...especially when one those people has a Flickr addiction :P
I shoot in natural light as well with my one strobe and a reflector.
I edit my photos with my own actions and textures.
