Entering the world of Flickr has been an amazing experience. I am so grateful to the wonderful photographers who have stopped by and taken time to comment on my photos. A special thanks to those who have added me to their contact list.

As a magazines publisher (30 art and crafting titles), my days are filled with selecting artwork from some of the most talented artists and crafters in the world. I’ve always been envious of that talent, desiring to find my own place in the world of art.

Enter photography – and the addiction of layering with textures. Through the inspiration of other photographers and the magic of Picnik, I’ve experienced an amazing journey into a world I didn’t know existed. I think I’ve also found a style to call my own, although there are days I really want to shake it up and upload something totally different than my high-key images.

Again a special thanks to those of you who have graciously added me to your contact list, taken the time to comment on my photos, and answered questions I may have sent. Your world has opened up a whole new one for me.
