Launched ExperienceLA.com in July 2003 and launched ExperienceLA WiFi in April 2005 at Pershing Square to create a public WiFi District in downtown LA and expanded it to 16 blocks in Spring 2008. Pershing Square and Angels Knoll Plaza are great places to upload one's photos to Flickr while visiting LA:
