I am a member of the Royal Photographic Society and achieved the distinction of Licentiate in March 2010.
I discovered Flickr this year and Im inspired by the fantastic quality here, and how top quality pros rub shoulders with us further down the food chain.
Im a Doctor working in Manchester and live in Cheshire.

"I have only fairly recently had the privilege to get to know Peter … he had the genius idea of setting up the ‘Getty Friends UK’ pool which, although still in its infancy is already proving to be a success and is going from strength-to-strength.
A hugely talented photographer with the Royal Photographic Society LRPS to his name (hope that’s the correct letters). His images vary from stunning landscapes to beautiful still life images, often with a tad of humour in them. He is generous with his time and knowledge, always willing to help others along the way! He doesn’t take himself too seriously, which is refreshing!
Personally, I appreciate the time he has given me and I feel honoured to be part of his group. He is a true flickr friend, I hope one day I can buy him a pint to say thanks x"16th April, 2010
