Like most 80s babies of the female gender, I was named after the Princess of Wales. If it wasn’t for her bewitching beauty and charming personality, you would know me as Gisselle. I grew up in Brooklyn, the city where a smile will greet you with a “what the fuck you smiling at?” reaction. Later in life, I moved to the Caribbean where I learned to hate heat and humidity. Never again.

I’m no longer in possession of a coccyx (broke it clean off), I’m allergic to cheap perfume and randomly hiccup every hour or so for no apparent reason. I’m Spanish which means I have a very dirty sense of humor, you know that Michael Jackson song, yea that might just be about me. Also, I’m quite superstitious and believe in weird little Dominicanism such as “if your right hand itches you’ll end up giving someone money” or “if your nipple itches someone is thinking of you”. We got itching covered. As the youngest out of five siblings, I take great pleasure from poking, pinching and smacking the people around me. Don’t worry, this only means that I’m quite fond of you and possibly love you.
