I'm a 25-year-old self-taught photography enthusiast from Helsinki, Finland. I haven't really found myself photography-wise yet, hence the variety of styles in my stream. Perhaps HDR will become the thing for me, I'm really excited about its challenges. Who knows.

November 9th 2006 was the day my hobby officially started, as I bought my first digital camera then. It was a Nikon D50 with a kit lens. I didn't use it very often and didn't reach its limitations until the end of 2009 when I upgraded it to a D90. Getting such a great camera made me shoot much more and really get into photography.

Around the same time in 2009 I joined Flickr, which to me seemed like the most interesting photo sharing community. I've made many friends since and it never ceases to amaze me when I come to check out their new work.
