SE Nielsen's photostream  

I'm an eager hobby photographer located in Viggja outside Trondheim, Norway.
Photography has been an on/off hobby for me since I was 10-11 years old and got my first real camera (which I still have).
In the last couple of years, the hobby has escalated, and I'm not just taking pictures anymore, I'm making pictures. This has led to a long term plan of one day going pro.
I'm currently attending The New York Institute of Photography in their pro course, not only to increase my photographic skills, but also to learn about the business part of being a photographer.
Working full time in an office, makes me putting almost all my spare time into the pursuit of going pro.
I'm strongly influenced by the "Strobist" style of photography, and names like Joe Macnally, Zack Arias, and David Hobby are great sources of knowledge and inspiration.
