Hi, I guess I should take the time to fill this in. I've had an interest in photography from a very young age, and admired works by Oscar Marzaroli. Always had a camera and started photography courses which unfortunately didn't get to finish. I would say probably in the last 3 years have I thought about how to properly use a camera and get a feel for what I am taking photographs of - not always a great result but I love the try and effort. When I first got my Fuji Finepix I had it on Auto constantly as all the other functions scared me. I now (sort of) know what shutter speeds and ISO's etc are and what they do and when I'm feeling brave, I use them! I try to take my camera everywhere but I'm not always inspired to take a photograph and sometimes think my eye looks for the same thing over and over again so this year I want to be more experimental and try to move away from what I'm used to.....and get myself that Canon and career I have dreams about!!

Also, thank you everyone who has ever commented on or added one of my photographs as a favourite - greatly appreciated and very much a boost to continue taking photographs.

I welcome any criticism and technical tips you may have on better photography.
