I have loved photography since I first bought a 126 roll film camera in a jumble sale aged about 11. I graduated to a Practika 35mm camera aged 12 or 13 and then to digital about 4 years ago. I now own a Canon 450D which I love and am slowly getting to grips with getting the best out of it. Part of me misses the simplicity of my first Practika but I now get much more reliable colour balance and contrast and I love the immediacy of the results.

I will photograph anything I see that I like (if you look in my photostream it is fairly varied) and recently have been experimenting with HDR and fake tilt-shift in photoshop.
Most of my photos have very little processing as I generally prefer a more natural look.

I love getting feedback on my photos (does that sound needy?) and so I never post an image in a group without commenting on at least 3 or 4 already there.
