I am a professional artist working from a studio at the Nucleus Art Centre, in Chatham, Kent ,UK. I was born in 1947 in South London and studied fine art at the Medway College of Art in Rochester from 1964-1968. I believe that apart from money an artist needs to experience life and so I have had several careers. I travel around on my motor bike taking photographs to paint from in my studio.

I have recently been invited to join a number of groups that are "post one, comment **". I only comment on work that honestly makes me wish to comment and I do not want people to comment on my work just because they have to. This, I believe is dishonest and unhelpful.
