August 2009: Started Photography. No previous art history.
2010-2011: First year university student in general photography.
January 2011 - May 2011: Created two long-term projects on refugees in Belgium (Thanks to the LPV).
- Documentary project about the lives of refugees at the refugee center of Heusden-Zolder (De Bark).
- Created a series of nine portraits of (former) refugees living around the province of Limburg.
April 2011: Created book Displaced.
April 10, 2011 - April 24, 2011: Group Exhibition: Displaced with art platform Artikel 27 at the refugee center of Heusden-Zolder.
2011-2012: Second year university student in general photography.
October 3, 2011 - November 30, 2011: Group Exhibition: "Environmental Months" at the City Hall.
October 2011 - November 2011: Documentary project with de regenboOg vzw, a non-profit recreational organization for children, adolescents and adults with disabilities.
October 2011 - December 2011 (Ongoing): Project with the library of Genk: "Modern Architecture of Genk"
November 2011 - December 2011 (Ongoing): Project "EDEN" with Coalface, an international platform for socio-documentary photography. The theme is about recycling. Working together with iron recycling artist Marcel Boonen alias PASSION4METAL from Sittard, The Netherlands.
November 2011 - Ongoing: Photographer with www.photoevents.nu Clients: commercial radio station Q-music, commercial television station vtm, electricity and gas distributor Luminus, Dag van de Ondernemer Limburg (Hangar 58), UZ Leuven (Hangar 58).
December 2011 - May 2011 (Ongoing): Long-term project on refugees in Belgium. Documentary project following the lives of refugees at the refugee center of Lanakan (Ter Dennen).
