I'm an 19-year-old who's favorite hobbies are birding and bird photography. Much of my work can be seen here. I've been fiddling around with other photographic subjects too in addition to birds.

I purchased a Canon 30D and a Canon 100-400mm IS USM telephoto lens in June 2006. Before that I used a Canon 300D (Digital Rebel), along with a Vivitar 100-400mm lens. My other equipment includes a Canon 580EX Speedlite, a Flash Xtender (Better Beamer), a Canon 28-135mm IS USM lens, and a 18-55mm lens.

I've also done some digiscoping, mostly using a Nikon Coolpix 4500 with a Swarovski ATS80HD scope but also trying to use my 30D with a 50mm f/1.8 lens.
