We are your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, people just like you from all walks of life. We are the people who show up for work everyday, teach our children right from wrong and make personal sacrifices so they can have a better life than we did, we obey the law, pay our bills and our taxes (unlike some politicians) and lend a hand to those who try to live responsibly but sometimes fall short through no fault of their own.

We are also people who are sick and tired of the corruption and lies and being cheated by politicians from both parties. These are self-serving power-mongers who use government as a tool of legal extortion to take our earnings, our property, and our way of life, for use as political paybacks to special interests.

But most importantly, we are the people who are willing to take a stand, to relentlessly fight for what we believe in, never stopping until have won back the Wisconsin we have worked our entire lives for. We earned it. Now we demand it be returned. Can we do it? Yes we can, and we will, change is coming! How do we know it? To paraphrase Vince Lombardi, you can only lose if you let the game end.

Who Started the Ball Rolling?

It was really many people from many groups across the State of Wisconsin. After the highly successful and much-publicized recall of Milwaukee County Executive Tom Ament, Citizens for Responsible Government (CRG) evolved into a 501c3 educational organization that successfully teaches citizens how to engage their government and hold politicians accountable. In fact, contrary to to what many people believe, CRG has only ever filed one recall, the Ament recall. In every other action CRG has been involved with it served only as an educational entity, teaching citizens the skills they need to be successful - very successful. However, it was the individual citizen groups that did the heavy lifting!

Wisconsinites Interests Now (WIN) is a consortium of citizens from Wisconsin that periodically meets in Waukesha County. They contacted CRG with the idea of a gubernatorial recall. CRG has been working with WIN to instruct them on how to determine if Wisconsinites are ready to attempt such a bold action and how to build the infrastructure needed to accomplish it.

WIN is forming a Political Action Committee to recruit volunteers and raise funding. If WIN is successful in reaching its goals, only then will it proceed to recall. The bottom-line here is you, citizens across Wisconsin get to make the call by choosing to get involved or stay on the sidelines.

Who Are You?

If you believe what we believe then you fall into one of only four groups.

1. People who have the courage to stand and fight who wish to join us and contribute what they can.

2. People who want to fight but have not decided what "army" to join.

3. People who have lost the will to fight and hope to run fast enough and far enough from the problem, always looking over their shoulder, for the rest of their lives.

4. People who are "free riders" who expect someone else to do the heavy lifting.

If you are in group 1, please join us. The rewards for all of us and our families are immense and worth fighting tooth and nail for.

If you are in group 2 then we urge you to look around and join with someone. If you find a better group with more skill, experience, and victories, tell us about it and we'll join them! Our strength will come from our numbers.

If you are in group 3 then good luck. You will need it!

If you are in group 4 then please re-examine who and what you are or please leave now. You were never really on our side.
