I am a 48 year old home schooling mom of two high school girls. I read an article about bento in our local newspaper a couple of years ago, and I was hooked :) I work outside the home as a substitute teacher on occasion, so my bento are eaten mostly at home. Healthy eating has been my passion since high school.
