24h Roller Montreal - 24hrs Inline Montreal's photostream  

The 24hrs Inline Montreal relay race is for teams of up to 10 inline skaters and lasts a total of 24 hours. There is nothing else like it for skaters in North America. The 24hrs Inline Montreal bring together hundreds of skaters from around the world, of all ages and every level of ability, promising participants a weekend they will never forget!

You will skate on a track that is as safe as it is famous - the Gilles-Villeneuve racetrack, one of only two Formula-1 tracks in North America. More than just a skating race, 24hrs Inline Montreal is about surpassing your personal limits while being immersed in a friendly, exciting environment that is electric with the joy to be alive.

The challenge: To complete, as a team skating in relays, as many laps as you can within 24 hours. The course is 4.3 km around, or 2.7 miles.

Location: The event takes place every summer since 2004 on the exquisitely skateable Gilles-Villeneuve Formula-1 racetrack in Parc Jean-Drapeau on Notre-Dame Island.
