Hi!

Thanks for looking at my profile.

I´ve been taking pictures for many years. My first camera was a birthdaypresent... a long time ago, in the seventies.

I took pictures of my holidays, my friends and my family. But I always wanted to do better photos.

In 2008 I bought a Canon EOS 40D, took part in a few courses and dealt with photoshop.

Since march 2010 I am the owner of a Nikon D300S.

So I´m still learning. I want to try out lots of different styles and filters. This I do most of the time in and around Munich, my hometown.

Nevertheless the main subject of my pictures is the documentation of my journeys as you can see on www.globe-photography.com.

Constructive criticism is welcome!

PS:

I got concerned about my Himba-pics.

I visited the Himba families in their home. They let me taking part in their life and culture. I have deep respect tfor them. The pictures I have taken sould be seen as a documentary and admiration.

Flickr!-users connecting these pictres with sexual content will be blocked by me.

Wie viele Fotoabzüge sieht man, die nur Fotografien sind.
Wie wenige sind ein Bild!
Erst wenn der Betrachter vergisst, dass er eine Fotografie vor sich hat, dann erst ist mehr da.
