I'm not a photographer: I take pictures for my family album - ever since I was four and used the family instamatic to take a picture of my mom napping. So, my flickrstream is in no way a portfolio of any sort - simply a photographic record of my family's daily life.

Most pictures of the kids have privacy settings on them, so if you're a friend or family member wondering why all my pictures are of knitting, dogs, and coulees, that's why. E-mail/flickrmail me so I can make the family pictures available to you. I love getting in touch with my far-flung extended family and re-connecting with old friends. Don't be shy!

I am happy to have people come by and look at my pictures (otherwise I wouldn't post them, obviously), but I will block anyone who has nothing available to me or who appears to have collected a lot of favorites with skanky content or belongs to a bunch of weird, pervy groups.
