I'm an electronics development consultant specialising in wearable tech & electronic art. I'm into technology, art, gaming, vegan food and cats. I blog about tech stuff when I'm in the mood. rainycatz.wordpress.com

In a previous life I was Senior Producer at BBC Learning and previous to that I was Technologist at BBC R&D where amongst other things I used to co-run BBC Backstage, the BBC's internal/external developer network, plus I organised a Women in Tech network for my colleagues.

I am also a PhD researcher, peering into wearable tech & art. Previously I have studied Fine Art, Multimedia & Electronics Engineering (respectively), which has led to my work developing as a convergence of art, programming & electronics.
