Kirk's official area of expertise is digital communication and cyber-culture. His experience predates the internet itself and he is a self-proclaimed "Webchild". Kirk has been coding HTML for over 10 years and is fluent in most major web tools including PHP, MySQL, CSS, RSS, XML as well as a host of other, more esoteric, acronyms. A product of the 70's, a teenager in the 80's, a survivor of the 90's and an ardent observer of the 00's, he is as likely to be heard goofing on the latest webcomic as he is to be heard ranting about political outrageousness.

I prefer StarWars the original trilogy and Star Trek TNG. I like playing guitar, pool and hookey. (yes hookey, although I enjoy hockey too - I am Canadian after all!)
