I'm a relentless student who is always trying to learn and improve. I try to shoot virtually every subject you can think of because my long-term goal is to be as versatile as possible. If you look around in my photostream you'll see night work, portraits, flowers, architecture, landscapes, abstracts, light painting, classic cars, decay shots, still lifes, lightning, animals, wedding, family shots...all kinds of junk. Your comments AND critique are welcome.
I shoot with a Nikon D700 and I absolutely love this camera. My Photoshop skills are improving and I'm hoping to keep moving forward in that area too. (The first 50-some photos in my stream weren't processed with PhotoShop. It shows, unfortunately. Curse you View NX!)
I shoot exclusively with the Nikkor 28-70 f/2.8, the amazing Nikkor 105mm f/2.8 VR micro, the Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8, and a Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8. They're just so crisp and so much fun to shoot with. I also own the cheap but pretty good 70-300 VR.
On the film side, I have a 1970 Yashica 124 TLR, a Nikon FM, a Miranda Sensomat, and a Kiev 60 medium format. I do my own B&W film developing and scanning, but I ship my color film out.
