I'm a fifty something that came to photography late. Oh I took the usual happy snaps and I always had a hankering to shoot but never got into it fully. Our eldest daughter started Uni and needed a film camera for the course. Not having much money and knowing her propensity to go at something with gusto then lagging (as the archery set, guitars and 'must have' odds and sods play dusty, silent homage to) we hit ebay and managed to get 3 film EOS Canons with a bevy of lenses for $150!! She took two and I kept one. I don't know why but that camera lit something up in me, I've had a passion for photography ever since. I'm not good at it and I sometimes can't figure out what went wrong with my shots, but I'm loving learning. Getting into Photoshop now...what a package! The guys who built that - well I'm lost for words at their brilliance! Again I'm not good at it but having a ball learning!
