I am a photographer with 30 plus years of experience. The passion for photography goes way back: when I took my first job as a teenager with a steel company, my first paycheck went towards the purchase of a 35 mm camera. I immediately started taking pictures for the company’s newsletter and have continued shooting in various capacities ever since. Over the years I entered my work in numerous photography competitions so that others could enjoy my art; I received many awards, both locally and nationally, for my b& w and color photos. My keen eye for beauty and composition was noticed by prominent photographers in the Chicago area and I was called upon to judge other photographers’ work in local competitions. I formalized my education by achieving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film and Video from Columbia College in Chicago.
