I am a proffesional repaint and potrait doll artist. I specialise in customized vintage Barbie, Francie and Bild / HK Lilli dolls. I am also a celebrity potrait doll artist.
I am a man of varied interests. While those who know me say I live in the past I prefer to say I am nostalgic! I certainly feel I was born 40 years too late...
As you may notice from my photostream, I quite like vintage dolls. Both collecting them, making them, restoring them and photographing them. As a doll artist by proffesion they also feed and clothe me...

"There's alot of people on flickr who dabble in doll collecting, one doll here and there like myself, but Nav's stream is a totally different story. I'm always amazed when he uploads a new rare doll I've never heard of ( like Senorita Lili or Barbara parlante that I love so much!) and it's not just one or two with basic comments about her history, no he's got three or four in every hair color and wearing outfits right out of their catalogue. That's true collecting! If that wasn't enough he's a brilliant artist,his ooak repaints dolls have some of the most realistc features and his ooak AA dolls ( check out his version of Black PJ!) are simply the best. It's been a pleasure being able to chat with him over the past few months about dolls and collecting.
