I like to take pictures of all kinds of things, and I like to play with editing them. I spend a lot (possibly too much :) time looking at all the beautiful photographs and photo-art (and other media) I see here and find myself constantly inspired though not often able to bring that inspiration to any satisfactory result! So I'm really trying to learn and to that end, I appreciate any constructive criticism, tips and hints I get.
October 2009 - New camera Nikon D60 - now the challenge really begins!
I grew up as a military brat living in Saskatchewan, Florida, Ontario, Newfoundland, Nebraska BC and Alberta. We did a lot of touring in both countries. As an adult I lived in Australia for a year and several places around Alberta including Calgary and Edmonton and have vacationed in Mexico and Jamaica...but I passionately wish that one day I could completely fill these maps in. One of the wonderful things about Flickr is visiting so much of the world for free!
