I'm grateful for your 'faves' and comments, as well as for your clicks, and I welcome the opportunity to interact with your work in the same way. This is what Flickr does so well: it's the inspiration gained from other photographers' work that keeps me trying to do better and better. But this does mean that I will block you if you 'fave' me and I can't see your work in return. It really is about give and take!

I use mainly Nikon gear (a D700 and a D300s, with an old D40 a faithful friend), but have long sought the perfect compact camera for everyday use; with the Canon S90 I think I'm there -- fast lens, RAW capability and a bigger sensor -- although I also really like the Panasonic GF-1. All this brand disloyalty requires a few different software packages, which live on a nice Macbook Pro.
