I'm a Native Texan with a twist of Swiss and accidentally relocated to my hometown, Houston, TX, while travelling around the world from Australia. And as Marlene Dietrich once sang, I'm the laziest gal in town.

I started to shake up the introvert in me by taking (and sharing) self-portraits to record my 39th year. I also began adding more contacts in order to follow inspiring photographers and leave messages on those images I really like. Feedback/comments on my photos are appreciated.

Feel free to add me as a contact or leave me a message. I haven't blocked anyone yet, so please don't give me a reason to. I've started blocking if you leave untoward comments on my self-portraits and have absolutely no information about yourself. Consider me creeped out.

I sold all my old Nikon gear before moving from Switzerland in 2006, planning to switch to Canon when the 5D successor was announced. I waited and waited and then came the D300 which I love.

Update 6/2010: I sold all my Nikon gear yet again and am currently roaming the world with the D-LUX 3. I have my eye on a few micro-four-thirds cameras though.

Update 8/2011: Still eying the micro-four-thirds cameras. Love those PENs.
