I am particularly fond of black and white photography although I love shooting colour too. Most of the photos on this site was taken on one of three beat-up 20-25 year-old Canon camera bodies (AE1 Program, AE1 and T70). I have a Canon 5D now but as far as I'm concerned nothing can beat black &white film. I love real grain and I'm particularly fond of 3200 ASA BW film. Nothing makes me happier than being in a new place with my cameras; digital or film.

I have a new book that just came out on June 30, 2007 which features my colour photography from along the cliffs of the Niagara Escarpment here in Southern Ontario (I've uploaded a bunch of these photos). It's called "Last Stand: a Journey Through the Ancient Cliff Face Forest of the Niagara Escarpment" by Peter E. Kelly and Douglas Larson and it was published by Natural Heritage Books/Dundurn Group in Toronto. It is $39.95 (Can) and is available at all your favourite on-line booksellers.
