After being a bike messenger in San Francisco for 10 years I moved to the High Sierra. Truckee Ca. that was Sept. '08, I love bikes. I've been lucky to make a living with the bicycle at the core of the work and of course the fun for more than 13 years. since '96.
I've toured across the US from Georgia to Maine , and South Carolina to Iowa. All over northern Colorado. I raced road bikes in the bay area for 4 years. Cat 4. probably will do some more next summer up here around Truckee Lake Tahoe area. Raced Mt. bikes a only 3 or 4 times. Will do more of that too.
The summer of 2008 I went to UBI in Ashland and learned how to design and build lugged and fillet brazed frames and forks. Its now the beginning of winter '09. I have most all the tools to get bicycles frames built. Yes, thank you very much. Of course having more tools (lath,milling machine,tube bender) would be cool. It will happen. So this is what I got.
