I am the head cake creator at my little company called Pimp my Cake, in fact I am the only person, so I design, bake and create all my cakes from my kitchen at home :-) so that means the washing up as well !!!

I love to create unique cakes for people based on thier own tastes, interests and hobbies, that makes each cake personal to them and I think adds to the meaning behind the cake.

It seems the more I make the more I improve and I love a challenge, it gets my creativity running wild.

Flickr is a huge inspiration for me with so many talented cake makers and decorators it is hard not to use it as a reference source when creating new cakes.... If any of my cakes inspire you for your own please don't forget to give me a mention .... thank you :-)
