PARC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to exercise their independence, enjoy an enhanced quality of life and experience life to the fullest.

PARC provides services to children and adults with disabilities, as well as their families. Established in 1953, PARC currently serves approximately 700 people in Pinellas County.
