“After graduating Katharine Gibbs with an Associates Degree in Visual Communications, I went on to work for several non-related jobs to earn money until opportunity came about.

While working within a warehouse, I was able to do freelance on the side such a GUI for a new PC spyware program and revamp a music group’s album cover.

Absent from my studied field, I kept learning whats new in design, computer tech, and consumer electronics. Also, within a warehouse, I was able to realize the physical hard work that some must do to earn a living which helped to develop a better personal drive and discipline.

Now out of the manufacturing scene, I am ready to apply my strong work ethic to new and interesting careers such as graphic design, PC technician, prepress, and possibly even cooking.”
