Treetop Zen Center is a Buddhist meditation center located near the Waterville-Augusta area in rural Central Maine. Our teachers walk in the White Plum lineage, which brings together both Soto and Rinzai styles of practice. Zazen - seated Zen meditation - is offered twice weekly, along with face-to-face teaching, Dharma talks, and several weekend, or longer, retreats each year.
