Anyway here's the thing....................

1. when I was 6, I used to steal biscuits and pacs of butter in the middle of the night ... the remains of the butter, I would hide beneath my mattress..... But, I was eventually caught and I then blamed it on my pet toy monkey....... I truly believed it was not my fault ! ... It was the monkey!

2. Again when I was small I was a sickly child which kept me away from school for months and months .and months .. so I read and read and read. Once, after i finished reading Alice in Wonderland I fell asleep only to wake up convinced that I was Alice...!

3. I used to believe as a kid without a doubt that dragons lived under my bed ... and when I had my first adult experience of being alone I used to investigate all wardrobes and cupboards (and even under the bed I.m sorry to say) for creatures of the night before I could go to sleep!

4. When I first got married I eloped to Australia! ...We got some strangers off the street to act as witnesses!

5. I gained a degree in Science from a good university ...but used to sneak off into Fine Arts lectures for two years .... because my true vocation had been always to go to art college --- luckily I had a compassionate tutor who supported me with this!

6. I love cats - they have always adopted me and have had a bucket full of beautiful kittens - I'm waiting for the next batch to come to me!

7. My partner is an amazing cook - only because the first meal I made for him was burnt to a cinder- so he learnt very quickly to cook for me.....But......... now, he wants to open a restaurant!....... What have i done!

8. I have a back problem which I ignore too much but which makes me sometimes have to retreat a little or a lot. Hence sometimes my absence from flickr -- its so so so frustrating !

9. my dream is ............ well maybe next time!
