Hi, my name is Steve Luke.

I have been into photography all of my life but have only started to take it seriously in the last couple of years. I got the bug big time in 2009 after borrowing some decent Pentax kit from my Dad and enrolling on an Open University course (T189 Digital Photography). I now own my own Canon kit but still use the Pentax gear from time to time.

In the summer of 2009 I ventured into event photography. I now own www.actionpic.co.uk and cover various sporting events in the South of England. We sale prints on site plus digital downloads and prints through our website. We have had a very successful launch. We are now the official photographers for www.bustinskin.com and have secured various other events in the future.

..so what’s next…?
To continue to enjoy photography and progress as a photographer. I believe that we never stop learning and there is always room for improvement so I welcome any feedback on my work and will continue to be inspired and amazed by other people’s work here on flickr.

2011 - Training hard for Ironman UK at the end of July in Bolton. ...so not finding much time for photography at the moment.
