I'm curating MemoryMap, a free online exhibition space which enables you to share and exhibit your photography, film, writing and music and to be part of the creation of collective memory maps, a virtual cartography.
I'd like to invite you to become a part of the MemoryMap. Memory mapping is the creation of multimedia sensorial records and archives of images, poems, sounds, music, voices, film around the notions of the space and place of memory. Contribute to a collective memory map and create your own memory maps.
If you'd like to create portfolios of your work; explore the work of fellow writers, musicians, photographers and artists; participate in and publicise your events, conferences, exhibitions and workshops, contribute to a cartography of dreams and drifts; of the map created collectively through the diverse contributions of participants, then contact me at alev.adil@gmail.com, telling me what user name you'd like and I'll create a user profile for you.

Hmmm…
Benim site *Kalimera’da* motifi güzel, cekimi *Allah Kabul Etsin !* bir portre gözüme carpiyor. Hani bizde *güzele bakmak sevaptir !* demezler mi: Iste bende o yüzden, kendi kendime, kimdir bu kadin *Alev Adil* diye soruyorum.
Önce cektigi fotograflara bir göz atiyorum. Aman Allahim, nerelere gitmis, kimleri görmüs, say say bitmez. Adeta topal bit gibi (pardon) dokuz yorgan dolasmis durmus. Hahaha. Resimlerinde gözüme hemen üc konu carpiveriyor.
a) Icinde yatilmis (geceden kalma & tek kisilik) bos yataklar (Belkide hayatin büyük bir kisminin otellerde gecisinden – Fakat tek kisilik yatagi olan kac otel mevcut ? Hahaha…)
b) Nikah veya dügün günü (adet ola) ciftlerin fotografcida cekilen resimleri . Onlar bu resimleri cekerken *röntgene yatan* bir Alev (Hahaha…)
c) El ele, kol kola, yan yana, kucak kucaga oturan-dolasan-koklasan genc ciftler.
Tabiki bu kadar aciklamadan sonra analiz yapmayi sizlere birakarak: Düsünmeye devam ediyorum. Ne is yapar bu Orhan Pamuk’la sarmas-dolas resim cektiren kadin diyorum. Google’yi acip, ismi veriyor, önüme acilan 8 sayfadan, resmin kime ait oldugunu ögreniyorum.

"Les photos d'Alev Adil sont comme des témoignages de moments de vie. Elles sont bien cadrées, les couleurs y sont attirantes, elles montrent des personnages en mouvement, en train de parler, de rire, photographiés au bon moment et même si il s'agit d'un monument ou d'une facade on y trouve toujours un élément de vie (une fenêtre ouverte, un balcon chargé de linge, ...) qui donne son originalité à la photo. Des photos très agréables, chaleureuses et optimistes."
