We are a christian homeschooling family of 10 and own the Craggy Moor Store.
We love to make handmade collectibles and soft friends out of the beautiful repurposed all natural fibers we find. There are so many gorgeous wools, cottons, and all natural blends out there just "hanging around" and waiting to be made into something extra special and loveable.
We love seeing our children's faces light up when they truly love a handmade teddy bear, bunny or lamb. It was so much fun making soft toys for the children that we wanted to make them for others too, and that's how we got started.

Mabel is brown velvet with suede accents, and an appealing lavender scent. My photos and blog of Mabel have become quite popular with other people, and she has won over more fans than my more expensive dolls. Mabel adopted a button jointed mouse as a friend, and I added a commissioned cotter pin jointed wool bear.
I love visiting the warm and friendly bears, mice, lambs, and rabbits at the Craggy Moor. The pictures show creations full of love and personality. It is no wonder they quickly found new homes! I'm sure there will be more new adoptions this spring. One Craggy Moor friend is not enough!
The animals remind me of a simpler, earlier era, but the owner communicates well with her customers in a personal friendly manner via email.
