I started taking pictures more seriously in 2008 while visiting the American Southwest. This special trip impressed me so much, I wanted to see more. A lot of trips followed since then. Over the last couple of years I developed a real fascination with the Sonoran Desert and its Cacti, Wildlife and scenic vistas and you can find me there regularly. I frequently travel to the Southwest and hike, search and explore the unique landscape with all its hidden treasures and breathtaking views. I'm always looking for the perfect shot.

The same year I got my first Nikon D40 camera and since then photography has become a real passion for me. I recently added a Nikon D90 and several lenses to my equipment.
