There is also a blog called "100 Pieces of Exquisite Black and White Portrait" which has been copied from one blog onto well over a dozen other blogs in several countries. One of my photos I had taken in Paris in 2009 is actually included. Here is what I believe to be the original blog:

I've been featured on Explore 48 times, with two of those times reaching #1. I've also had one of my photos appear on Explore Front Page.


In 2009, there was a month (or perhaps longer) period of time during which I recieved a total of more than a thousand views on an awful photo I had taken several months before at a fish tank at a local chinese restaurant. I investigated the cause of all these views, and I discovered that whenever someone typed in the word "fish" on yahoo images, that photo would pop up on the very first line of the first page of results.

In November 2010, I won the grand prize for Mass Audubon's nature photo contest for the under-18 category. Two other of my photos were honorable mentions.

In February 2011, one of my photos was one of 25 finalists in the January "What's That?" contest in the Boston.com website "Raw." There were around 130 entries.
