I re-discovered photography in January 2009, and I have become addicted to flickr where I have made contact with some really lovely people.
Digital photography to me is a completely different ball game from the old and expensive 35 m days.
I now see the world through different eyes and I am loving it
I don't think that I am a great photographer, but because of my flickr friends I am learning every day, so by the time I am 112 years old I could be pretty good.
Please feel free to add me as a contact, the more advice and help I get the better.
I enjoy constructve criticism and thrive on help and tuition from others, so if you think that I could have done something better, please do not be afraid to say what you think.
Recently I have had some people adding me as a contact, and when I have checked them out, they have been a bit odd.
E.g. hundreds of faves and no comments to anyone, or thousands of contacts. If you fit the bill here I will block you. I come across enough nutters in my chosen profession and certainly do not want to meet any in Flickr.
P.S. I am uncomfortable commenting on people shots and will only do so under exceptional circumstances, so if I don't comment or your favourite niece or nephew, gran or newborn child, please forgive me. With my wicked sense of humour, I could get into trouble.
