I'm a chef, writer, and real food advocate. When I'm not cooking or writing about food, I enjoy shooting food, gardens, markets, orchards, and farms. Currently I'm writing two books, including a cookbook I am photographing myself.

In photography I am struck by shots that evoke a story, memory, or emotion, and I strive to get my photos to that place.
