Older than 39. :)

I got into the digital age just a few years ago, after my AE-1 and gear were stolen. Started with a G3, and quickly realized I wouldn't be happy without an SLR, so I made that move. Man what a learning curve! Add to that Photoshop, and the curve seemed unassailable!

Photography now takes the largest portion of my free time, including scouting, shooting, processing, posting to FM and Flickr, and participating in those and other various Forums and sites.

As you can see from my sets, I really enjoy travel, especially to photo locations, and most especially when I've been lucky enough to meet up with other photographers to shoot! I've been fortunate to have had a number of these most enjoyable experiences.

Flickr is allowing me to meet some new folks, and I look forward to the day when I can meet them personally and catch a few photons.

I do like to view and comment on others' works, but the list is getting pretty long, and a 6 day-a-week job limits that, as well as responding to comments on mine. I do appreciate any and all comment, and/or critique, of my work, and I'll try to respond as much as possible.
I welcome genuine comments and critiques, but please no iconic awards or invitations.
