My interest in photography started in the late Seventies working in a camera shop selling all types of equipment. I started out taking photos of
my friends using a Zenith E Russian camera with a pentax 50mm lens. At the age of 25 I turned pro and worked in London as a PR photographer.
I wanted to spend more time experimenting so I decided to acquire my own studio. On a shoe string budget I moved into a large warehouse attic in Camden Town, London where I lived and worked for a year building up my fashion and beauty portfolio. From 1985 to 1989 I worked for ' Visual Impact Productions, producing photography for catalogues and brochures in the fashion industry.

I travelled extensively over the next five years and ended up in Ibiza. I met Mike McKay who went on to create Manumission, the Worlds largest weekly party held on the Island of Ibiza. He asked me to take the photographs for Manumissions first advertising campaign and one of the longest surviving Photographer & Client relationships was born. For over a decade I have taken pictures used for over a hundred posters and countless flyers, some of which are shown here. We still work closely together producing work in both Photography and Film.

I love to work with tungsten light and daylight, both allow me to add movement to my pictures. My studio work is undertaken at Film Plus Studios in North West London, one the most fully equipped studios in the uk. I also work in a variety of locations and specialise shooting on the magical Island of Ibiza, my in-depth knowledge, the climate, natural light and diverse locations make it one of my favorite places to work.
