In short, I first got interested in photography in 2003, photographing friends and simple snapshots. I began taking it rather seriously the following year when I joined my high school yearbook team as the primary photographer. I learned a lot that year. Everything from the fundamentals of studio, action, photojournalism, amongst many other things. In the winter of 2005 I joined the United States Marine Corps for many reasons, primarily travel opportunities. It didn't take long at all after I joined before I was on my first deployment. I took an active interest in obtaining the best photographs I possibly could during that time I was there. Fortunately I worked with some pilots who I owe a great deal to them for allowing me to fly with them during their missions. During my time back home I concentrated on building my portraiture portfolio and acquiring as much knowledge from other photographers along the way. My passion lies with traveling to as many places as I can before I am too old to do so. Some of my past travels include
US, Canada, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Lichtenstein, Iceland, Afghanistan, and Germany.
