I have been creating bears for about 8 years. I mostly make miniature bears but I do enjoy making a few bigger bears as well. I have a very big collection of doll/baby clothes that I love to dress the bigger bears in. I love trying new techniques and designs. I will make bears, bunnies, dogs, cats, elephants, monkeys and I even attempted a pig (which turned out pretty cute).
I love the feeling I get when I finish a new critter. I try to do as many shows a year as I can. I love meeting fellow artists and I ejoy meeting the collectors and hearing them compliment my work. It still amazes me that someone is so in love with something that I create that they just have to adopt it! It really is an unbelievable feeling and I am always so grateful for their kind words and giving my teddies a loving home!!
I also sell my teddy bears on Etsy. A wonderful place to buy handmade items made by wonderful artists.
