I am a Los Angeles-based writer, photographer, and charter student at Ecole de Cuisine Pasadena focusing on seasonal produce, travel, wine and vineyards, and food education. I've been writing professionally for over a decade, but the advent of blogging in the early 00’s allowed me to publish my own seasonal market reports online, expanding my reputation as a dependable source for farmers’ market information. My photos have been used by the Pasadena Playhouse, the Atwater Village Theater, the California Department of Food and Agriculture, the LA Weekly, and by a number of restaurants, chefs, and caterers who use seasonal produce in their menus. I currently write and photograph regular farmers market reports for the LA Weekly food blog, Squid Ink.
