I use a Panasonic DMC FZ 18. An ideal camera for me, as I am unable to use any bigger (heavier) camera with one hand, and whilst sitting in my wheels. (chair) This is also why I cannot use any tele lens (for the birds) because it would make the camera tip forward.
I did get the close-up lens which Panasonic made for the FZ 18, and this summer (2010) I have used it most of the time. Mind, I'm still learning.
